Prices always exclude VAT & carriage.
All goods sold with 14 days return to base warranty (UK Customers) 30 days for Overseas Customers from the date of purchase. Faulty goods may be returned within warranty period for exchange, repair or credit.
If order is placed and part of amount is paid and you change your mind - There is charge of 10% re-stocking.
Refunds for returned faulty items will take 30 days to be processed. If order is cancelled once its paid, customer will be issued credit note (Valid for 12 months) instead of Refund. If customer do not want credit note and requires full refund instead then 10% re-stocking will be charged and Refund will be issued for cancelled order within 30 days.
In case of refund - it is buyer responsibility to send it back and only the original amount of commodity will be refunded subject to items returned will be in same condition that we despatched. No refund in Shipping at all.
There is a 2.5% surcharge on credit card payments (4.2% on AMEX).
Payment through Paypal is subject to 3.5% Paypal charges.
Payment through Cash Deposit is subject to 1% bank charges.
Buyer is responsible for all type of bank charges for receiving payment, if any

If order is Reserved and Part payment is made, Full payment for order/s placed must be received within ten (10) working days from when the order was placed and deposit made. If the order was packed and not fully paid in 10 working days, No deposit will be refunded and stock will unpacked for Re-Sale.
Bizone Traders retain the right to cancel any order/s not paid for in full after this time. The above applies in all cases unless otherwise stated.
